On the 8th of jan I will be 3 months out and I only lost 20 pounds why am I not losing weight and i feel like I never got the lap band I only had one fill I get my next one on the 2nd ugh help PLZ

It usually takes several fills to get it under control. Hopefully you will get some results soon

Tiffany, baby, you don't NEED help. You've got all the help you need right there on your tummy. Use it wisely. What do you eat day to day? Ate you moving around a little more as a form of exercise? I think you're doing on. Don't fret.
