saliyna94 1 Posted December 23, 2013 I usually sleep pretty good throughout the night, but when I woke up this morning I felt a sharp pain on my right side. It comes and goes but hurts occasionally. gamergirl 4,610 Posted December 23, 2013 I think any sharp pain is definitely worth looking into, just to ease your mind. Given the holiday etc., don't delay placing a call to the nurse, just to be cautious. I wouldn't worry because I think it could well be gas so I'd start with Gas-x, and a heating pad on the location of the pain and while you wait for them to return your call.
