Checking in. CW 137.2, goal weight 132 for valentines day. That will be 7 lbs away from where I want to be permanently!

Ugh scale moving the wrong direction. So frustrating, I've eaten great and exercised more this week. :(

Muscle weighs more than fat- sometimes muscles can retain water-- sorry I know it's frustrating

Good morning! I am down 1.2 lbs this week.

Current weight- 209.6

The exciting part? I am now overweight! :-) No longer obese by the BMI chart.

Congrats on your move from obese to overweight! That's simply AWESOME!

Current weight - 145.2. Down around 1.4 pounds. I'll take it and am thrilled. I haven't seen this weight is so long. Each ounce is a complete struggle but nothing good comes too easy. Good Luck everyone. Keep up the good work.

Wow! What a start!

It looks like that, as a group, this bunch has DEFINITELY recovered from the holiday indulgences and are clearly back on track again. Out of the 36 reporting in so far this week, thanks to some "overachievers" in our group (LOL!), our group AVERAGE so far is a WHOPPING 4.0 lbs!

Awesome start, Sweethearts! Looks like many in the group have an EXCELLENT shot at making goal!
