The first weigh-in is just three days before Epiphany and the beginning of a season filled with lots of parties and eating and drinking — the very first being on King's Day. I grew up in SE Texas just close enough to the border that we sure did get some good food. Next vacation is going to be NOLA in a few months (after your craziness with Carnival is over). That will be a bigger challenge for me than Thanksgiving and Christmas combined! Best of luck on the challenge!
