jillrn 0 Posted March 17, 2007 Your blood sugar could be high if you have any infection. Do your incisions look ok? Any fever? Also make sure your machine is ok, no low batteries, and your hands are freshly washed and dried. I know even certain soaps/lotions can make a false high reading on the meter. I would also make sure you not consuming some hidden sugar or carbs. I would go a whole day with no carbs and see what your readings are. Also if you switched from pills to liquid make sure you are getting the right dose. And most importantly exercise-- everyday!
faithmd 14 Posted March 17, 2007 I second what they said, and about the ticker, just click on it and you'll go to tickerfactory and be able to change it.
