I've never parsed my calories, I just count em all. Fiddle - I definitely know about the GNC-style mark ups, it is MUCH better to go via Amazon and when I am in the States again, I will go one further and get mass quantities from costco

I've never seen them at costco. Do you have to go to Costco online?

They're not at costco. You can order them from Quest directly or Amazon, Vitamin Shoppe, and GNC. Several times a year GNC has a discount code for a super deal. I'll order several boxes. Same with Vit Shop.

I also get them from a local store here in Dallas area as they'll give me box price for mix and match. Typically though I've found VS to have best price.

Anyone can sue over anything. The fact that Quest is not just paying a nuisance fee to settle like many large companies do, tells me the plaintiff is out to make a buck, a name, or out for revenge.
