clmftw 45 Posted December 21, 2013 So I was sleeved Thursday, and since then I haven't been able to tolerate liquids or Jello that have artificial sweeteners in them, regardless of temperature. Is this normal? Will it pass?
kls3214 6 Posted December 21, 2013 I've had the same issues so I've had to alter my Protein. I've been using Unjury unflavored protein and adding it to Soup. Just make sure to keep temp under 140 or it will clump like eggs.< /p>
Ballermom 803 Posted December 22, 2013 Yes, I could not tolerate simple sugars. I actually may have reactive hypoglycemia from premier Protein shakes and almost all sugar in the beginning similar to a Diabetic who sugar drops. i still get it but not as bad. i get light headed and sweaty after certain sugars. however i can tolerate artificial sugar but cutting back. i needed to cut back anyway. But yes it get better.
