I had lapband 5/9/2013..I'm down total 60 pounds..before surgery I weighed in at 236 I now weigh 175..25 more pounds to lose and I will be at my personal goal..here are before surgery pics and recent pics. You have really inspired me and I needed that today. Feeling some stress -- probably the holidays, etc., money, family, oh, you name it, we all have stress -- my mind is saying go get food and my band is saying no, sweetie, you don't need that.
