QueensTy 82 Posted December 20, 2013 I returned to work on Monday and I feel stronger and stronger everyday. If I can survive Thanksgiving on a pre-op diet and Christmas brunches/luncheons from vendors, I can survive anything. There is so much temptation around the office year end but I like feeling healthy. 3 dawalsh, Leepers and kll724 reacted to this

JennieT311 3 Posted December 30, 2013 I was Banded 12/27/13. I still feel kinda blah. They put me on a full liquid diet to come but I'm still having gas pains. Plus when I eat sometimes get nauseas is this normal and how long will it last?
QueensTy 82 Posted December 30, 2013 I can't tell you how long your pain will last. All I can say is walk and flap your arms. You might look like you're doing the chicken dance but it moves the gas. If you have a recliner, it's going to be your best friend when it comes to sleep. Just remember to sip your Protein shake and when you feel full stop. The pain will pass and you'll forget about it when lose weight. Good luck! 1 kellykids reacted to this
