Stacy_wls 135 Posted December 20, 2013 (edited) I was approved for full liquids today which my nutritionist said could include yogurt, cottage cheese, and strained Soups. I had a cup of strained Tomato bisque and it was delicious. It was 200 calories, so now I am feeling guilty. I am still way low on calories and have hit my Protein goals, so this is weird. Does anyone else have these weird guilty feelings? I just feel like it was a bit extravagant with too much fat and carbs.
