clmftw 45 Posted December 19, 2013 I'll be sleeved! Surgery time is 9 a.m. Bag is packed....chapstick, loose pajamams, extension chord, laptop and iPhone plus chargers, slippers, non-white pillow, toiletries! I'm too exhausted to be nervous! 2 521Diva and Veena reacted to this
Bor1qua 13 Posted December 19, 2013 Hi, I'm being sleeved tomorrow also. I don't think it's hit me yet. Hope you have a successful surgery and a speedy recovery! 2 clmftw and 521Diva reacted to this
gonepostal1 13 Posted December 19, 2013 Hi ladies! Good luck to the both of you tomorrow. Speedy recovery! One bit of advice. Everyone is different. Just keep positive and do what your doctor tells you to do. I was sleeved 11-18-13. Emotions up and down. Always second guessing to make sure I'm doing things right. My biggest advice. Put that scale away! Weigh 1 time a week!!! Eat slowwwwww. Drink slowwwww. Chew chew chew and sip sip sip. Stay positive!! I'm excited for you both )) 4 Bor1qua, planetheather, 521Diva and 1 other reacted to this

clmftw 45 Posted December 20, 2013 Yes I'm doing well. Not much pain. Hoping to get discharged soon! That's great to hear. Can you lay on your side without pain? I haven't tried, frankly. I do twinge a bit as I move around on the bed. It looks like they are keeping me another night due to elevated blood pressure.
