HealthyNewMe 1,935 Posted December 18, 2013 Long story short..... I lived my life on a couch. Joined a gym in June. Couldn't walk on treadmill for more than ten minutes. Rode stationary bike to make up a few extra cardio minutes. Only DREAMED of elliptical. Stayed religious to five to six days a week....... Fast forward to Movember and December...... On elliptical ONE HOUR A DAY... Reaching a 10k + on a daily basis (about a 9:40 minute mile consistently throughout workout). Can't believe this 53 year old dog has learned new tricks!!!!!! 8 Butterthebean, sandisleeve, Fiddleman and 5 others reacted to this

Just goes to show we're never too old or too out of shape to get started and turn things around. I hope you'll consider joining our fitness challenge thread. We do it every month. Even though the month is half over, it's not too late for you jump in. http://www.bariatricpal.com/topic/289757-december-fitness-challenge/ 1 HealthyNewMe reacted to this
