Today is day 7 went for my one week check up!!! Down 34 pounds!!! 18 pounds pre op 16 pounds post op!!! So excited to see the pounds dropping!!! Guess I'm doing everything right!!! Advanced to soft foods!! Tonight Tilapia with mashed sweet potato!!! So excited hope it goes down well!!!

I remember the beginning...It was so wonderful...especially wonderful because it was all new and something was finally working..Congrats on your progress....your doing wonderfully!!!!!
