bloreorbust 286 Posted December 17, 2013 I figured I'd come to the 20somethings group (I'm 28) with this one. Since surgery and returning to work, I have noticed my thighs and hips are very stiff and I often cannot stand up straight right away without doing a bit of stretching first. And my hips kind of ache sometimes. I feel like I'm too young to have arthritis. Has anyone else experienced anything similar? As a caveat, I exercise just by walking for 30-45mins several times a week. That's it so far.
music1618 879 Posted December 17, 2013 I would get it checked out. You are not too young for some auto immune diseases like rheumatoid arthritis. It usually starts in your 20's. Mine was diagnosed when I was 23.
bloreorbust 286 Posted December 17, 2013 All right. I'll mention it at my appointment today. I thought I might be able to beat the clock having surgery now, but maybe not.
