MaryRS 18 Posted February 9, 2014 I am going for my 6 month check up tomorrow with Dr Miles he is great! I have been to the support group a couple of times it is just a really long drive for me. I love living in the shoals area!early on just be sure to get your liquids in walk all you can stand. Follow your Dr diet they are all very similar! Don't flip out at stalls (that is one I have not mastered) lol. I have no issues with food now but early I had to be really careful what I ate, some things made me sick and those are different for each of us. Relax and enjoy it is a heck of a ride! Start saving for new cloths now! My stats are Highest weight 344, day of surgery 332, 3 months 275, 6 months 232, today 223.2 My BMI was so high 49 that the first 100 came off quickly.
