jakki14 36 Posted December 15, 2013 Has anyone had a gas pain in their shoulder after a fill? I had my fill about 10 days ago, and am still feeling a gas pain in my shoulder blade. It's similar to when I had surgery, but the pain isn't as bad. Just curious if anyone else has had it.
B-52 7,113 Posted December 15, 2013 (edited) I can't see how the two can be related.....take a anti acid and see if that helps....you can have heart burn from irritation. Pain does have a habit of radiating at times....and everyone always thinks of their bodies as one or two dimensional. My reflux used to give pain at my right scapula..... SandyM 1,956 Posted December 21, 2013 I have had my first gas pains since surgery (May) since my last fill on Monday. Gas strips take care of it though, so I'm convinced there's some connection.

I believe what you experienced after your fill is something different than the gas (air) used during surgeries....
SandyM 1,956 Posted December 21, 2013 I'm positive it's not the same type of gas pain as after surgery as no one has pumped air into me recently, but it is still gas pain. I don't know why I got it since the fill, but I did. It lasted on and off and finally dissipated, and I was just stating that gasx helped, incidentally which it did not after surgery. 1 B-52 reacted to this
