Hello to all. I'm new to this. I'm currently on the journey to restart my lapband process. I chickened out the first time, but now I have no choice. I'm the heaviest I ever. I love food but I love myself and my family more.

Great attitude, it's a tool learn as much as you can stay on these boards, ask questions. It is a diet with will power and exercise till you get enough fills to be in the green zone and even then you have to have the control to stay away from sliders!! Good luck with your journey!!
