One year Out

Hello Everyone,

In a few days I will be celebrating my one year anniversary of having the band. I've lost around 60lbs. I have about another 20 or so pounds to go to reach my goal. Its been an experience and at times not an easy one. Has anyone else experience a long stagger in weight loss? These last 20 pounds are not coming off for me.

Yes I have I too am one year out and for the last three months I am showing only a three pound weight loss

The last 10-20 are the toughest. You will need to up your game and your exercise.

I am one year out also. I lost 70 pounds. The last three months I only lost a pound a month. I just had a fill .5 cc and this week lost 4 more pounds.
