DebCat 18 Posted December 15, 2013 Incredible job! I'm not near that rate of loss. I had surgery at the end of June and am around 65 lbs down. What are you doing to have such awesome results? I'm only at the gym a few hours per week (personal trainer 2X/week). I count all my calories and still don't exceed more than 1,000 per day most of which come from Proteins, but my carbs get up around 70 per day. It's a sloooooow process. :l Thanks for sharing! My surgeon told me that I my weight loss will slow down down over the next 3 months. That being the case i walk a 4 miles a day 2 in the morning and 2 at night NO MATTER WHAT! That along with seeing my trainer 3xs per week, and of course my main tools my doggie Jackson, & (Sleevenstein) the weight is coming off constantly. Now I make sure i get my 80 to 100 grams of Protein in everyday. I've learned that you have to bump up your caloric intake when you are working out or your body will hold on to the weight; well that's my non scientific explanation lol. Keep pushing Deb we got this for the rest of our healthy lives. Go go go!
