Depression 6 weeks after surgery

Hi ya'll I just had the sleeve done on October 28th and am 6wks post op and 40lbs down so far but my question lies in the fact im seem to be having more depression than pre op how do ya'll handle this?

Im no expert but you have loss a lot of weight if you have load all that in 6 weeks.b You body is going thru tremendous changes as you well know and myself a slow loser at 4 months the end of this month still get depressed at times. I recognized it and told my hubby to be patient with me since I seem top stay pissed off with food memory. Some days are great others not so much. I stay busy with crafts and sometimes have to just go lay down to center myself.

Hang in there your not alone. Don't hesitate to seek help from you doc out it gets too bad.
