Where do I begin?

Made a decision in late 2011 that as a young women in her early 20`s being 4`11 and scarcely knocking on 300's door & I don't mean Spartan, major anxiety,bp disorderly and not to mention a mild medical stay which scared the

my life with it`s many ups and downs amongst struggles post op and continuing was changed 20JUN12 & there will be no turning back Hello Self. Then 297 Now 159. Trust & Believe Please this struggle is real, yet so is your health right?

I've learned that the journey is hard but you have to keep pushing even when you feel like you can't anymore. It is about our health and life. Nothing is more important than being healthy.
