Question my pre op people. My diet does not say anything about pudding but I'm curious if I can have it. I could have sugar free Jello as well as sugar free Popsicles. Have any of you had sugar free pudding during the pre op diet?? Thanks everyone.

sugar-free jello and Popsicles have negligible calories. I think s/f pudding has 70-90 calories, so it was NOT on my pre-op list. Save for post-op puréed and soft food phases. It's calming and easy to digest.

If you can find a low carb pudding option, I don't see why you couldn't add it to your diet.

Everyone's pre op diet seems different but….sugarfree pudding makes a great post op soft food choice. I took my sugar free pudding added milk and Protein powder. It helped so much when I had a hard time getting in the calories and Protein that I needed.

Hope this helps!

Best of luck to you. You will love your sleeve!
