:cry I'm just one of those people that have to know Exactly what's going on anytime I have any sort of Surgery done. I found this Web-Cast from Brigham & Women's Hospital in Boston of the Lap-Band Surgery. I found watching things that will happen to me rather Facinating. But proceed with **Caution** it's not for everybody. barf.gif

I watched it last year before I had my surgery, it definitely helps with knowing what to expect. Definitely worth posting again, thanks.

      Hi, I’m new here. I’m currently on the liver shrinking diet. So far so good, but I have to say I haven’t found a protein shake I like. Anyone have any suggestions please? My surgery date is September 17th.
