Like you mentioned, the sodium is pretty high and for the most part they don't taste nearly as good as what they look like on the package! You are much better off making something on your own. Globetrotter 1,340 Posted December 11, 2013 I'd be more concerned with what else is in there - the preservatives, the unnecessary soy or wheat filler, etc. You'd be better off making a high Protein casserol once a week and freezing it in serving size bags.
