My First Surgeons Appointment And Upper Gi

My upper GI showed that my band was overfilled. It was a trickle of Fluid going through it. No wonder it didn't matter what I ate how I would always feel stuck or vomit. The doctor unfilled my band(ouch) and wants to see me in another month. Hopefully I can lose the 10 lbs I need to, to get the ball rolling for surgery day. Luckily for me I had no slips or prolapsed belly, so the doctor believes there is minimal damage, if any. My surgeon made me feel better by not being able to follow the nut diet orders. He said that with a band as tight as mine, I was forced to eating what I can and sliding back into that mentality. No matter how much I wanted to eat better, it was physically impossible to get any dense Protein in. Wish me luck on losing this weight which is totally possible now that I will be able to eat protein again.
