TexasFire 84 Posted December 8, 2013 I've tended to stick with protiens such as canned chicken and tuna with pickles and eggs and a little light mayonaise, and fill up with veggies and a minimal amount of fruits. When I have eaten whole grains, it's usually brown rice, Kashi hot Cereal is DELICIOUS but hard to find. oatmeal is a good one if you like it.
