penman53 493 Posted December 7, 2013 (edited) Here we go place flatbread directly on the rack in a 350 oven for 5 minutes. In a pan, cook the ground turkey with onion, celery and a little jalapeno Make your own black bean frijoles by blasting can in your nutribullet with some onion and garlic powder, then warm in a pan with a little EVOO to prevent sticking. Once all of the incredients are warmed up, place 1/2 of the flatbread on a place and spread black Beans then layer with turkey taco meat.< /p> Top with lettuce, Tomato and lots of cheese and salsa. Enjoy Sounds good doesn't it. I updated the post with the pic I took when I took it out of the oven. I topped it with black olives (my wife loves em) and lettuce and thinly sliced roma tomatos. It turned out to be a lot of food but it was really good. Don't be afraid to put on the heat and also if you make your own black beans, make sure you use just enough liquid in the food processor to make the beans smooth and then add a touch of oil to keep it from sticking when you heat the beans in the pan.
