Weird Feet Dry Cracked Feet Problem

Recommended Posts

My husband does this. He has had trouble with heel cracks since before surgery. Two nights of this and the cracks are gone. I've tried other stuff but none of it worked as well as the bag balm. The key for him is to wear socks and shoes that keep his heels covered for the most part. I take 1000 of evening primrose oil as well to keep my hair from falling out due to thyroid issues. I'm using coconut oil whipped with some essential oils for keeping my skin moisturized and I'm loving it.

GG, I'm just starting to get into EO and natural beauty products (I mean I'm obsessed with them now). What do you mix with your coconut oil? Love trying new things!

I had some leftover cucumber green tea oil from a soap kit I bought for my son :P But the lady who got me on the whipped coconut oil kick here mixes hers with rose essential oil that she buys at Target which she said was supposed to help with wrinkles etc. You get the coconut oil to harden at room temperature, mix the oil, and then use your electric mixer to beat the heck out of it. It has to be at room temperature, not liquid to get the air incorporated into it. Then I put it in a mason jar and left it in the bathroom. Used it after a bath last night, and it just soaks into your skin. Not greasy like I thought.

Only problem is the dog likes to lick it off me. Putting the essential oil in has helped with that a little! crazy dog.
