lirpastar 19 Posted December 6, 2013 Good luck! I had my surgery yesterday. Incisions are pretty sore, and the gas was bad yesterday, but it's mostly just in my neck now. Just been relaxing in the recliner sipping Gatorade 2 and broth and walking around the house every hour or so. Weight at beginning of this process 284 Weight at preop -
Coach0407 50 Posted December 8, 2013 I have bad bloating. I'm not sure how much I'm to be drinking at once. I've had soft mush Jello, about 2 spoons. Few teaspoons of liquid broth. I have Water every so often. Not sure if my headache is from glasses or lack of food. I don't want to over eat but know it might be too less.

The first 3 days I could barely drink anything. And e bloated feeling is from the gas the pumped in your chest cavity so the dr could see what he was doing.... Walk a lot and sip sip sip! Coach0407 50 Posted December 9, 2013 I'm just concerned of dehydration. Yesterday was sips of Water. Couldn't do anything more. I finally bought Pedialite to drink to help with dehydration.
