WASaBubbleButt 41 Posted March 14, 2007 I have read a great deal regarding tuna and the mercury it contains. There is so much conflicting info and I don't really know what fact is vs. fiction. Anyone know? Due to band problems tuna is the only solid food I can have so I am curious about this. I realize women who are preggers, small children, etc., need to be somewhat careful but what about others? I know what the gov't says but honestly, I don't have a lot of faith in the US Gov't. gonnabethin 10 Posted March 19, 2007 Go to oceansalive.org or gotmercury.org You need to eat the light tuna and limit Albacore. ALOT of fish including cod are high in mercury. Those two are great sites!!
