sanks51 214 Posted December 3, 2013 I guess I considered myself pretty 'healthy' at almost 400lbs. I've never been on any medication, exercised 3-4 times a week and managed to everything I needed to. But maybe on the inside (the things I couldn't see) weren't good. I had no pre op diet and my op was successful so either my liver wasn't hectically fatty or I just had a pretty good surgeon! It gets you thinking. I ate healthy food (except for my crisp and yoghurt addiction), just copious amounts thereof!! Where I was unhealthy was my head - using food to control my feelings!! I look at this photo of myself and think 'who the hell was I kidding-that's NOT healthy girl!! So fat and healthy, in my opinion, I don't think so!!! Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
