♥LovetheNewMe♥ 1,216 Posted December 2, 2013 I do because I rarely vomit all my meal when I PB. I do make notes on my diary sheet about throwing up. I think the most important thing is why did you throw up your dinner. Anytime I threw up I always think back to what I did wrong or maybe a better way to look at it is what can I do better next time. It has taken me years to learn to eat out and not spend most of the outing in the BR.

It has taken me years to learn to eat out and not spend most of the outing in the BR. I know exactly what I did wrong... and yet I have no regrets! My 16 year old daughter has her first job at popeyes and I ate fried food for the first time. Up till now I have been carefull but have had no restrictions whatsoever. I'm now terrified of any thing fried so hopefully that will be enough to keep me away from it forever! I still feel like crap! Yay! Geesh.. I'm really weird! Lol... I threw up three times so I'm pretty sure I got it all out and it was within 5 min. Of eating. I think ill log what I ate at 0 portion size and make a note.
