fullofmoxie 6 Posted December 2, 2013 I was sleeved on Wednesday, Nov 27th. I know it was the day before Thanksgiving but I feel as though it was my New Years! My wish is for everyone to feel as good as I feel. I have had very little pain. In fact, I can't even call it pain, I will call it some minor discomfort. I feel so thankful and blessed! I prepared for the worst, most afraid of not waking up after surgery, that I can not even believe how amazing I feel. I am getting my Water in and 3-8 oz Protein Shakes a day. I keep waiting for the other shoe to drop...I hope I will be wrong about that too. I walked a little outside today, it's very cold and snowy and I am afraid of falling so I have been doing some laps around the house. I am down 41 lbs since May when I started the process. I hope everyday is going to be better than the previous one. 6 onedaycloser, prettyletty, Beach Lover and 3 others reacted to this
MissKatt 26 Posted December 2, 2013 That's fantastic to hear. My surgery is in two days, and I am thinking the same way you did. I hope I have the same outcome as you thus far Congrats! 2 onedaycloser and fullofmoxie reacted to this

Carla gil 0 Posted December 2, 2013 I HAD MY SURGERY ON THE 26TH AND I AM FEELING SORT OF OKAY. EVERY TIME I DRINK SOMETHING IT GOES DOWN OKAY BUT THEN IT STARTS TO HURT A LITTLE BIT AND IT FEELS LIKE IT'S GOING TO COME BACK UP, BUT IT DOESN'T. IT'S ALMOST LIKE THE FEELING OF HUNGER PAIN. HAS ANYONE FELT THIS?
SassyTink 78 Posted December 2, 2013 I am 9 days out and feel TERRIFIC! I have never had nausea, minor pains at stitch sight, was able to walk a few hours after I got out of recovery, had the energy to host Thanksgiving, and now loving my sleeve.Try not to worry about your surgery you have so much to look forward to.
