This challenge is a fun way to keep track of your monthly weight loss while gaining and giving support to other bandsters.<br><br> Copy and post the template below and fill in the information that you are comfortable sharing on December 1st then come back every Sunday on the 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th and the LAST DAY OF THE MONTH --Tuesday December 31st and post your updated weight. I went back to Proteins, lots of Water and walked 2 miles Mon-Thurs and I lost 4 lbs!! This week I learned I've not really been putting as much effort into my weight loss as I could... Also, sometimes it's just Water weight and bloating and will go away in a day or so... Keep up the good work! Hosting my annual Christmas party and catching up with friends. Seeing the children's happy faces when they see Santa.
