Anyway, I saw this the other day and thought it would be interesting to discuss. Basically, discusses a muscle destroying condition that can happen from over training. The level at which I do crossfit (well, haven't done it in awhile due to my plastics, but anyway) is not intense like this so I am not too worried. Wls4me 163 Posted November 29, 2013 The Fitness forum is now under the General Weight Loss Surgery category. It's all the way at the bottom of my screen on my iPhone. I do Crossfit too. It is what you make of it. If you are sensible you will be fine. If you go in and over do it you could easily put yourself into rhabdo. Interesting article.
