2ndchanceadict 33 Posted November 29, 2013 How many sleevers were thankful for their sleeves today. At the same time who is frustrated because you have your sleeve
LipstickLady 25,682 Posted November 29, 2013 I don't have even a smidge of regret. Not a speck, a tad, a moment or a spark. Haven't since the day I started my new life 6 1/2 months (and 93pounds) ago. 2 No game and caroline2 reacted to this
2ndchanceadict 33 Posted November 29, 2013 It was actually a slight joke because it's thanksgiving and you can't really eat everything. I love my sleeve! 40lbs down in 2 months
Arts137 1,811 Posted November 29, 2013 Thankful... enjoyed famly and friends and food was not the be-all, end-all of the day...
TheRealMeIsHere! 863 Posted November 29, 2013 This is one of the times I love my sleeve the most! Very liberating to not be ENTIRELY focused on the food. I taste everything, then I'm full and satisfied. I do all the cooking so have cut the carbs/fat and calories from most dishes. In the past, I would eat so much food!!!! Then again and again over the following days the extreme pigging out would continue with the leftovers. GROSS!! Now when I feel like I pigged out, I look realistically at what I ate and it's not bad at all. Actually I crave the healthier choices anyway. Once I put the leftovers in the freezer, making what I crave most a SALAD!!
2ndchanceadict 33 Posted November 29, 2013 Great way of looking at it. I wasn't smart with what I ate but I didn't have control over the menu. I just loved every thing I ate. I guess in the grand scheme of things, my sleeve was a total blessing yesterday
