musiclover 61 Posted November 28, 2013 It's very disheartening when the vast majority of people here appear to be posting their truly amazing weightloss results in such short periods of times and here I am 6 months out plodding along at 54lbs down and in the middle of yet another stall. I WILL take that of course I will and couldn't have done it without WLS but only at 800 cals per day most of the time have good restriction but I'm not making big numbers. rhondafranklin03 16 Posted March 17, 2014 I had my surgery in December, 2013 I too am a slow loser. I started at 293 since surgery I been at 262 since. I have not lost on 2 months I at an 900 calorie a day. I must admit I haven't been working out. But I just joined a gym I wanna see what will happen if anything. I hate to give up when you want it sooooo bad. I have been good with my Protein Shakes I'm just at a lost. I will keep you posted once I exercise for 2 weeks straight to see if there are any changes. aggi 10 Posted March 17, 2014 Hey there Keep us posted I increased my exercise from 30 minuts a day to 45 and went from 5 days a week to 6 days and my weight moved a little down to 169lbs and I only eat Protein and veggies 800 cal a day Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
