My surgery date is December 3rd an I having such a hard time with the pre-op diet. I get extremely hungry! Any suggestion?

The good news is you only have a few more days... Just know that increases Protein helps keep the hunger away! Post op that will be totally GONE :-)

I used eas advantage, because I could have more shakes throughout the day. I also broke up the constant sweet flavor with occasional glasses if V8... Of course it all depends on what your preop diet allows... I know you're struggling, but it's only a few more days...you got this! It will be worth it.

Thank you so much I will try my best, I have to do 3 shakes and a small meal for dinner . Thanks all for the response very helpful

O at least you get a meal! I had 3 shakes a day but was able to have cream of chicken Soup, and yogurt. I also got Unjury chicken soup to help break up the sweet and have something warm.....eye on the prize your almost there!

Oh man only 3 shakes, well it's all worth it at the end of the day. Good luck and thank you for responding.
