kellymoon122013 3 Posted November 28, 2013 Today is my first day of the 2 week pre-op diet leading up to my surgery on December 12th in Puerto Vallarta. I had a chocolate Unjury shake for Breakfast, baked fish and veggies for lunch and I'll have a strawberry Unjury shake for supper. And tons of Water of course but I always drink a lot of water. I'm already quite hungry, but I'm still going strong. Lol. I'm open to any advice to help the 2 weeks a little easier. This is a revision (band to sleeve) surgery so I should be used to the pre-op diet but nothing prepares my tummy for the drop in calories. I hope everyone else is doing well on their diets.
