Bandista 7,466 Posted November 28, 2013 I will be exercising on Thanksgiving morning -- definitely a first for me! Instead of major food prep, I made sure to organize a good workout for tomorrow so I don't miss a day on Turkey Day. Then we'll have our feast, which for me will just be a tad of everything. I'm not dreading it, but I'm also not the least bit obssessed with the food part of the holiday. More worried about getting my work-out in. For me, this is a complete turnaround and a very happy mode to be in. Thank you, Band! 6 KAATNS, readysetg070113, ErinMarie and 3 others reacted to this

SeaSounders♥ 225 Posted December 2, 2013 Speaking of Thanksgiving firsts I ran my first 5K on Thanksgiving morning! I have come a long way even though it took 47 mins I was able to do a slow jog the entire time!! My kids ran a 1K also starting new healthy traditions as exercise was the last thing we did in our family especially on holidays! 1 ☠carolinagirl☠ reacted to this
