livilu 39 Posted November 28, 2013 When I first started eating Protein Bars I found some that I really liked. There were on a great sale so I bought a bunch. It is now three months later and I am so sick of them. Does anyone know of a recipe that uses Protein bars to make something else??
LuminousLife 145 Posted December 7, 2013 Not sure what phase you are on but you could bash em up and incorporate them into a homemade granola and sprinkle over yogurt. Or maybe incorporate them into rice crispie like bar or into a no Pudge browine mix.
suejersey 263 Posted December 7, 2013 I take different types of Quest Nutrition Protein bars and take the rolling pin and thin out. Put in the oven again 380 degrees for like five minutes and makes them into like a cookie. Cookie dough, brown, chocolate chunk versions I have done it with and all are good. Sometimes I will put some PB2 on them as well. Delicious!
livilu 39 Posted December 7, 2013 Thanks guys those are REALLY goo ideas! I just had my first Quest bar about a week ago and loved it! Only problem is that they are about 3 dollars a pop at my local GNC....
johnlatte 1,232 Posted December 7, 2013 I am a big fan of the Kind bars. I got over the Quest bars pretty quickly. Traders sells Kind as does Amazon. All natural, low sugars.

They rare go on sale either, as far as I can tell but they are sooooooooo good! If you google it there are knock off recipes for them I tried to make them once myself....total fail but that was just me.
