mcginn0425 48 Posted June 23, 2014 Has anyone else hit a stall?? I'm 4 months out and haven't lost any in over a week and a half (I'm used to losing 3-4 per week). Do y'all think the Quest Protein Bars could be the cause? I read somewhere that those have more carbs than advertised. I'm trying to figure out what's different. Sarahjane79 397 Posted June 23, 2014 You wanna know what's super fun? Being super dehydrated, and getting a bladder infection. Thankfully it's not bad and the only symptom I have is frequent peeing(not much, just all the time) no burning or anything. But man. I've got to be serious about getting my fluids in. Ugggg. LindseyHeth 44 Posted June 23, 2014 I've been discouraged and in a stall for 3 weeks. We were on our wedding trip and honeymoon, so I hadn't been working out like usual and eating out at restaurants. I thought when we got back I would lose a few lbs. it didn't happen. I start working out with my trainer again on Wednesday, so hopefully that helps kick me out of this funk. I love to see everyone's success stories, but I feel that I haven't lost enough is comparison. 65 lbs total. 40 since surgery 4/25. I know everyone loses at different rates. I guess I'm a slow loser, but I haven't been a loser at all fee a few weeks. I guess I haven't been much help, just know you're not alone.

LindseyHeth 44 Posted June 24, 2014 I'm sorry. Typo! My surgery was 2/25. Still good and I would not be losing this much if I hadn't had surgery. Just gotta get back in my routine. Thank you for the support and encouragement!

moite1 14 Posted June 24, 2014 I'm nervous about hungry I've been lately. I'll have a Protein Shake for Breakfast and need more to go with that now. Wasn't like that earlier on. Curious if anyone is experiencing greater hunger, slower weight loss I am.surgery dare was 2/28. My appetite has been crazy for the past 2 weeks. And my weight has come to a screeching halt at the 60 pound mark.

LindseyHeth 44 Posted June 30, 2014 I'm happy to announce that my weight loss stall has broken. Finally! I lost 3 lbs this morning and I'm officially in the 250's! I didn't change anything related to my diet, but I did start seeing my trainer again. 4 SuperFab, Sarahjane79, onlybroomegirl and 1 other reacted to this
