Hungry All The Time

I am 4 and half months out and feeling hungry all the time...even there is increase in my capacity to eat...after having meal i am again hungry after 1 hour...my weightloss has slowed down and having serious hairfall also...i m very much depressed dese days...moreover i want to know wat amount and calories should i eat at this time.....please some one help me out...

You should be getting your Protein in first, then veggies, then carbs. We're you loosing to begin with? I would hit the protein, Water and gym. Just my thoughts.

I eat dense Protein first and usually don't have room for anything else. Are you eating protein first?
