Can't Sleep

Well here it use, 2;00 and I'm up. I take a sleep aid, and since my surgery, it works very badly. Anyone else have a hard time sleeping since surgery?

It's 4.30am here and I have been awake for an hour. It is unfortunately part of my new 'normal' ( there's that word again).

Just had surgery on Monday nd can't sleep either .

I'm 6 months out it will get better I didn't sleep normal for a month but then again there really isn't a normal for me I'm a third shift 911 dispatcher so I'm lucky when I get to sleep.

I also was taking meds before and after surgery for sleep. It took quite awhile for my body to adjust back to them and help me sleep better. The first couple of months I would wake up at crazy hours! Hang in there it gets better! Good luck.
