3 Months Post Op With Pictures

I couldn't figure out how to post my pic to a thread so I just made a new one.

I'll say 3 month up date. from HW 278 to 190.

3 month Medically supervised diet started Feb 2013, Surgery August 21st, to 3 months post op November 2013.Thats 9 months.

That's 88 pounds total. 59 of that shed during my 3 months post op. And I feel 88 pounds lighter like a sprung chicken HA

Below are some pictures from Feb to now. I still have a ways to go but I'm doin it and that's all that matters to me.

Today chopped hair off to make it appear fuller when in truth I think I'm getting bald spots...Sigh

(hair loss is a B***H) Sorry about the selffie my face broke out like a 15 year old boys!
