The title of the book is Cooking After Weight Loss Surgery. it will be available in both print and ebook. But I need your help - I need recipes for each stage of post WLS (liquid, mushy, solid). If you have a recipe and would like to share it (please, please do), just let me know. You can call me with it at 478-689-0946 or email it to me at cookingafterwls@gmail.com or send me a message / response here with your recipe. Each contributor will receive full credit for their recipe and will receive a free ebook copy of the cookbook. Deadline is January 1, 2014. Print date is January 3, 2014. So if you have a recipe to share, please do so ASAP.
