pittsy 3 Posted November 29, 2013 I really like Water aerobics. It's low impact and you don't sweat even though you're working out. I would recommend a good pair of water shoes. I was sleeved on 10/23, and my doctor said at my two week post-op appointment that I could workout. I haven't done a lot of working out because of dehydration and ketosis; I've been struggling to get enough calories in a day and afraid of passing out with exercise.
