SuperKen 231 Posted November 26, 2013 This is the third time after working out that I have experienced severe headaches caused by having low blood sugar; however, I check my blood sugar randomly and its always normal except for recently post workout. I have not been diagnosed as diabetic. I am 6 weeks post op. I'm wondering if I should eat right before working out now? Any thoughts folks????

Even before my sleeve if I went to workout with having a light snack before I would get light headed and headache. If your post op diet allows, a little bit of cheese and some fruit pre workouts goes a long way. Just don't over do it, working out with a full belly can lead to cramping. Have you tried just a Protein Shake beforehand?
