Post Diet For 1 Month

Hi y'all

Just wondering what you are all doing for this one month diet after being sleeved. I find i have no energy just doing liquid.how are you guys feeling?

I am 5 weeks out and I am on all real food. I am having one shake a day to help get my Protein in. I haven't worked out a good schedule. Breakfast during the work week is hard for me. lunch a shake and then what every we are having , I just do the Proteins and veggies 1st.i usually have milk(skim) and a snack before bed. I did just get some Protein Bars to try for breakfast.

At one month out, I was eating a lot of ground chicken and refried Beans with salsa.

I am 1 month out. I can eat anything. Haven't started exercising, still waiting on that burst of energy people talk about. I will start the treadmill this weekend.

      Hi, I’m new here. I’m currently on the liver shrinking diet. So far so good, but I have to say I haven’t found a protein shake I like. Anyone have any suggestions please? My surgery date is September 17th.

        Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...
