meatball1 29 Posted November 26, 2013 I am 5 weeks out and I am on all real food. I am having one shake a day to help get my Protein in. I haven't worked out a good schedule. Breakfast during the work week is hard for me. lunch a shake and then what every we are having , I just do the Proteins and veggies 1st.i usually have milk(skim) and a snack before bed.
